To receive a full refund, including taxes, guests must cancel within 48 hours of booking, and the cancellation must be made at least 14 days prior to arrival.
If they cancel 14 days or more before arrival, but not within 48 hours of booking, they will receive a 50% refund, including full taxes, and you will receive payment for 50% of all nights.
If they cancel between 7 and 14 days before arrival, they will receive a 50% refund, including full taxes, and you will receive payment for 50% of all nights.
If you do so after that deadline, you will receive a refund of the prorated taxes, and full payment will be received for all nights.
