1. Acceptance: By making a reservation through Hive Cancun, whether by phone, online, or in person, the guest accepts these Terms and Conditions.

2. Reservations:

  • Guarantee: A valid credit card may be required to guarantee the reservation.
  • Modifications and Cancellations: Changes and cancellations are subject to the specific policies of each hotel and rate. It is recommended to review these policies at the time of booking.
  • No Show: In the event of a no-show without prior notice, the amount corresponding to the first night may be charged.

3. Payment:

  • Payment Methods: The following payment methods are accepted: Credit card and cash.
  • Taxes: Applicable taxes will be added to the total amount of the reservation.

4. Check-in and Check-out:

  • Arrival time: The standard arrival time is 3:00 pm.
  • Departure time: The standard check-out time is 12:00 pm.
  • Late Arrivals: It is recommended to notify the hotel in advance in case of late arrivals.

5. Additional Services:

  • Extra Services: Additional services such as parking, minibar, telephone calls, among others, will incur an additional cost.
  • Responsibility: The hotel is not responsible for the loss or damage of guests' personal belongings.

6. Children Policy:

7. Pets:

  • Pets: Acceptance of pets is subject to each hotel's policies. It is recommended that you check with the hotel before making your reservation.
